EXCHANGE POLICY

WE encourage you to REFER TO OUR SIZE CHART or reach out to us before placing an order if you NEED HELP selecting the right style or size. HERE are the instructions on how to exchange the item. The return courier charges will be borne by the customer, while we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement garment.

1. Exchanges are available on eligible items, excluding clearance items. All exchanges are subject to stock availability

2. Exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

3. IN CASE of exchanges, please write to us at support@charcheyy.com with your order no. and reason for exchange.

3. Only ONE size exchange is permitted per order.

4. If there are any issues from our side with the SIZE OR STYLE of the garment, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

5. If the timeframe is exceeded, we will not be able to process the exchange.

6. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

7. Items purchased in sale are NON EXCHANGEABLE.

8. For items purchased using STORE CREDIT, only ONE SIZE exchange is allowed.

9. Once an item has been exchanged, it will NOT be eligible for exchange again.

10. The exchange will incur a charge of 150rs.
